Andrea Anders

Anders was born in Madison, Wisconsin, and lived within DeForest, Wisconsin, but she now lives at Los Angeles. She graduated from DeForest Area High School in DeForest, Wisconsin in 1993 She also earned the Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 1997. In 2001, she earned an advanced master's degree in fine art in fine arts from Rutgers University. Anders was with Matt LeBlanc from 2006 until 2015. The two met on the sets of Joey, the cancelled sitcom. Sean Anders directed her in the film "Sex Drive" as well as "Never Been Thawed". Anders started her stage career in 2001. She appeared in Elaine Robinson, the Broadway version of the Graduate's Elaine Robinson. In addition, she appeared on stage in On the Jump at the Arena Stage, New Doors at the Guthrie Theater in addition to two New York Stage & Film performances: Cold/Tender and New World Rhapsody. In May 2007 Anders was cast in The Geffen Playhouse performance of Fat Pig. She played the part of Jeannie the accountant. Fat Pig closed on July 1st, 2007. One of Anders debut appearances on television was the commercials for Dannon which ran through the 90s, and again after the year 2006. Anders has been a part of Joey, as Alex Garrett the lawyer and The Class (nee Campbell) as Nicole Allen - an ex footballer's wife. Both times she appeared in all of the episodes, however the show was ended up being cancelled. Anders has also been seen in guest parts in One Life to Live and Law & Order. She appeared as an actor on The Guiding Light. In 2003, she starred as Donna Degenhart on five episodes of the HBO drama Oz. Anders also appeared in small appearances on The Stepford Wives (2004) as Heather and Sex Drive (2008) as Brandy. Anders was also a part of Brandy in the movie Sex Drive. Anders also appeared on two TV pilots which did not succeed. Spellbound and News To Me were the two pilots that failed on television. Most recently, Anders was cast in Better Off Ted, a single-camera workplace comedy created by Victor Fresco for ABC.
